This book is the fruit of many years of personal research & practical experience. When pros’ share their knowledge in order to help regular fellows like you & I it’s wonderful & amazingly helpful. However today it is just another amateur sharing his experience and practical lifestyle. I could be the guy next door or a colleague at work. I often feel so tired after a long day in the office. It’s so hard to get up before at sunrise to take the public bus. On weekends all I care about is a few cold ones, a pizza & watching sports… Yes, I am in my 40’s, no I am not a pro & yes I do need to work for a living to pay rent, bills and debts. I don’t sell dreams or secrets. I don’t promise lean pieces of Sashimi instead of weak muscles nor guarantee six packs. But dear friends, if I succeeded while working 5/6 days a week, anyone can be successful too. I just have been climbing top stairs to a better health in only 12 weeks! If you don’t mind, I shall be honored to share these fabulous 90 days with my readers.
